Welcome to Hot Yoga Nelson, New Zealand's premier Hot Yoga studio. We bring Bikram Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga and Power Vinyasa classes to sunny Nelson, New Zealand. All of our classes are 90 minutes, done in a heated room and are pefect for beginners. We focus on the physical aspects of yoga and are results oriented, providing a convenient, friendly, and encouraging environment to get you going on the road to greater health and greater happiness.
