Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues, the ligaments and joints of the body that are normally not targeted in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to unwind from a active, more dynamic lifestyle. A class that opens the mind and encourages self enquiry.
Vinyasa Flow - Comfortble t0 37 degrees
Vinyasa Flow is a form of Yoga where movement is led by the breath, and is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is called “flow” due to the rhythmic movement and connection to breath. Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection," in terms of yoga asana, we can interpret this as a connection between movement and breath.
Slow Flow - Comfortable Temperature - 36 Degrees
Designed to create a practice focused on synchronising breath and movement whilst building awareness of alignment and the foundational elements of yoga. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Relax and Renew - Comfortable Temperature
Class suited to all levels. A blend of gentle and restorative yoga to cultivate inner balance and a sense of well being. By creating ease within the body we can welcome the flow of life.
Kids Yoga - Comfortable Temperature
A fun filed class for students aged between 7 and 13 years. Focus is on mindfulness and breathing techniques as well as basic yoga asana.
Advanced class is for students who have an established practice and are wanting to progress to the next level. We will be incorporating pranayama (Breathing techniques) inversions and bird poses. A class for those who are comfortable with being challenged.
