At Hot Yoga Nelson, we practice a variety of styles within a range of temperatures to suit your individual needs. Classes are led by friendly and professional instructors who are passionate about yoga, a supportive place to learn and practice.
Incorporating the Hot Mula, Hot Fusion, Yang/Yin, Power Hour and Vinyasa Flow, with classes offered at both hot and comfortable room temperatures. The benefits of creating movement in the body is beneficial for maintaining strength, flexibility and cardio fitness whilst focusing consciously on breath awareness to encourage peace of mind.
The restorative classes are YinDulgence, Relax and Renew, Yin/Yang. Classes are offered at a comfortable temperature and are designed to help restore the body to a peaceful and centred state of being. Being gently guided through poses that stretch and lengthen both the muscle and connective tissue to increase flexibility and range of movement within the body.
