Booking Information

We open 30 minutes before and after scheduled classes. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts to guarantee your spot. To avoid class interruptions there are no late entries.


Class Descriptions

Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class (Bikram)

Bikram is known as the original hot yoga series. Every pose in this class was designed with beginners in mind. Bikram created this sequence for high stress lifestyles. Poses are practiced in the same sequence and are done twice to allow your body to warm up. Every organ, muscle and gland receives benefits. It is very challenging but the benefits make it well worth the effort!

Yin Yoga Class (Yin)

In Yin classes, poses are concentrated on a floor series that you relax into and hold for extended periods of time. This quiet meditative class benefits connective tissue, ligaments and fascia that bind the joints. Although there are minimal aerobic aspects in the poses, the stretches are deep and challenging. Meditative music is played in this class to encourage deep relaxation.

Power Vinyasa Yoga Class (PV)

Power Vinyasa is an energetic class. The flowing structure and breath work provide added aerobic benefits and the poses focus on core, thigh, and upper body strength and endurance. Upbeat music adds an element of fun to this strength building class as well.

Hot Yoga Class (Hot)

Classic yoga postures are integrated into a flow of standing and floor poses. This is a well-rounded class that strengthens bones, tone muscles and improve organs. Benefits also include increased balance and strength. Music also creates a motivating atmosphere to keep you inspired.
